Opti Consulting is currently seeking an animation expert to compliment a team of training courseware developers to assist in the development of animated interactive eLearning materials.

Multimedia Developer - eLearning

You will be required to work within a team of five to develop suitable training courseware for delivery to a wide audience of system users. The training courseware will include Roadshow, Face-to-Face (classroom) and eLearning training programs. The development stage of this project will commence in early January and extend through to March/April 2009. The opportunity for further work also exists.

We are seeking motivated professionals with solid communication, inter-personal and time management skills who pride themselves on the development of high quality materials.

The minimum experience and ability requirements are:

- Five or more years experience in the development of eLearning training courseware (two or more years experience within a project environment)
- Experience with the development of self-learning materials, including animated tutorials and interactive exercises with competency checking (AICC or SCORM compliance)
- Experience in the development of high quality animation graphics
- Ability to elicit required information from subject matter experts
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Ability to meet project delivery deadlines
- Ability to develop materials in-line with established style guides

Our minimum technical requirements are:
- Experience with Adobe RoboDemo, Adobe Captivate or an equivalent package capable of capturing screen activities for animated tutorials and interactive exercises
- Experience with Adobe Flash for the development of advanced animation sequences, such as animated characters.
