The applicant must have excellent communication skills, organisational skills and a pleasant phone manner.
Duties involve handling phone appoinments, patient queries, organisation of pathology results, liaison with the clinic doctor, filing & ensuring the smooth and comfortable daily operation of the clinic.

Good computer skills are esential.
