The Department of Planning and Community Development’s Legal Business Unit provides expert legal advice to the Department on a broad range of complex legal matters, while managing the provision of external legal advice and representing the Department on a variety of industry and government forums.

As Principal Lawyer you will be required to provide authoritative legal advice to the Department on a range of legal issues relating to town planning, environmental impact assessment, heritage, compulsory acquisition and general administrative law.
